It feels like Christmas to me, and I’m tearing open my presents. Welcome to my ‘unboxing’ blog series on the upcoming D365 and Power Platform April 2019 Release. Over the next few weeks I’ll be going through the April 2019 release, module by module.

Today let’s delve into Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Marketing suite.
In case you missed the announcement last night, Dynamics 365 for Talent has now entered General Availability. 60 Day trials are now available to the general public. And the Ideas.Microsoft.com forums have been going hot with new ideas to improve the product going forward, so hopefully we’ll have an Update 1 release in the not too distant future.

Today I explore the Dynamics 365 for Windows on a Virtual Reality headset. Using my HTC Vive, I give my thoughts on the possibilities presented by recent innovations such as Hololens and where I think it may be useful from a Customer Service perspective.
