My Observations

The customer engagement Online Deployment course differs significantly from the previous 2016 Online Deployment examination.  So if you haven’t previously undertaken study for the 2016 exam, you are not likely to be disadvantaged by this at all.  At the same time, for those who have taken the 2016 exam previously you need to be prepared to undertake study on a number of new topics.  I will endeavour to give you a run down on the important topics to add to your reading list, keep in mind there is no substitution from real practice.

Generally speaking, there appears to be significant focus on Dynamics 365 for Outlook deployments and configuration, Dynamics 365 instance management including updates, and integration of other products such as Yammer, SharePoint, Microsoft Social Engagement.
