Microsoft have released the new 9.0.2 version, and the release notes should be live in the next 24 hours.  (Update release notes are now available:  https://aka.ms/businessappsreleasenotes  18.1mb).

Here’s more about what’s new in 9.0.2.

We are excited to share with you that in April 2018, Microsoft will begin applying Update 9.0.2 to Dynamics 365 (Online), version 9.0 and higher. This update is focused on reliability and performance improvements as well as some new features. Here are some details about how we will deliver these changes.

When will you deploy this update?
Any new organization created on or after April 2, 2018 will be provisioned on the updated version. Any updates from version 8.x to version 9.0 that are scheduled on or after April 2 will automatically get this update, and no change of schedule is needed. For existing orgs running Dynamics 365 (Online) version 9.0.1 or higher, we will start deploying this update starting April 7 through our normal deployment process.

How can I prepare for this change?
We will post planned maintenance notifications on the Office 365 Message Center with expected maintenance time window for your region before the update gets deployed.

What is included in this update?
This update is primarily focused on performance and reliability improvements, but it also contains some new features and capabilities. The new features are opt-in and will not change your default experiences. On March 21, we plan to publish Spring Wave ’18 Release notes, which describe the new features that are part of this update: Release Notes

What actions should I take?
We do not require any action from your side to deploy the update. Visit the Spring Wave ’18 Release Notes on or after March 21st, 2018 to familiarize yourself with the new features that will be available and prepare your users.

Can I request to reschedule this update?
No. Microsoft will monitor deployments closely and take necessary precautions to ensure the update will complete successfully.
